ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue viz., Esaimozhi, aged 20 years, alleging that the 3rd respondent has forcibly kidnapped his daughter.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The detenue who has been secured by the respondent police, on enquiry stated that she had married the 3rd respondent and that she has left on her own. She also confirmed that she had married the 3rd respondent who was also present before this Court.

4. In view of the fact that the detenue has gone with the 3rd respondent on her own; that she is not under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent; this Court is convinced that this is not a case of illegal detention, to entertain the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
