This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take further action in C.S.R.No.441 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019 based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2019, C.S.R.No.441 of 2019 has been issued. After conducting preliminary enquiry, an FIR has been registered on 22.02.2020 in Crime No.87 of 2020 under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(2) of IPC. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 08.05.2019. Only now, the third respondent has registered an FIR and therefore he prayed to direct the third respondent to file a final report at early.
5. Considering the abovesaid submissions, since an FIR has been registered, this petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to expedite investigation and file a final report at early.
