JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Mediator has filed a report dated 17 th February, 2025 stating that the mediation has been successful. It is also stated that, as per the memorandum of compromise arrived at, appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.49,95,697/- (Rupees Forty Nine Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Seven only) and respondent has agreed to receive the same in full and final settlement of all disputes arising out of Appeal (CAD) No.30 of 2024. The Mediator's report along with the joint memorandum of compromise enclosed thereto are taken on record.

2. Both counsels confirmed having paid Mediator's fee in its entirety. Statement accepted.
