This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.220 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2.When this matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after investigation in this case, the respondent Police filed final report stating that the dispute involved in this case is civil in nature and therefore, First Information Report was closed. It is also submitted that R.C.S. notice in R.C.S.No.21/22 was served on the petitioner. In that event, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
