Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to deduct the amount of Rs. 47,671/- being the 6% interest amount paid along with the first seven installment payment of service gratuity as represented by the Petitioner in representation dated 24.05.2017 and direct the Respondents to re-credit the already deducted amount of Rs. 47,671/- into the account of the Petitioner and to pay 18% interest for all the retirement benefits due and payable to the Petitioner from the date of his retirement as ordered by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 14388 of 2015 dated 20.04.2016.
