ORDER
Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the parties have settled the matter thereby the respondents agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- within 15 days from today and on receiving the said sum, the petitioner shall return the original title deeds deposited with them, within two days from the date of receipt of the aforesaid sum and filed a memo of compromise to that effect. The said memo of compromise is duly signed, attested by the parties and their respective counsel. The memo of compromise is taken on file and the same shall form part of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
