O R D E R
This revision arises against an Interlocutory Order passed in an appeal. O.S.No.4 of 2017 is the suit for recovery of possession. The suit has been decreed. Against which, A.S.No.18 of 2017 has been presented. Pending A.S.No.18 of 2017, an interim order was sought for in I.A.No.27 of 2017 and the same was granted.
2.This revision is against the order passed in I.A.No.27 of 2017 dated 22.10.2019. At the time when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.Melwin Jabaz, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pending the civil revision petition, the learned Judge has heard the arguments in the appeal itself. He states that the appeal has been adjourned for pronouncement of judgment.
3.At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed in I.A.No.27 of 2017 dated 22.10.2019 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ariyalur. Suffice it to request to the learned Judge to pass orders in the appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.08.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order To The Principal District Judge, Ariyalur.
