A.Nos.8960 & 8962 of 2019 in OP.No.303 of 2013 A.Nos.8960 & 8962 of 2019 in OP.No.303 of 2013 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., This Application is filed to permit the applicant to withdraw the interest accrued out of the fixed deposit amount and also to permit the applicant to withdraw the accrued interest every month directly from the Bank out of the fixed deposit amount Rs.26,04,480/- lying to the credit of the above O.P. with the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Pursuant to the order passed in OP.No.303 of 2013, a property of the minor child were sold and the amount is now deposited in the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Chennai. According to the applicant, the interest on the fixed deposit is required for the purpose of education.

4. In the light of the above fact, these applications are ordered as prayed for.
