ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to sanction the Medical Leave availed by the petitioner for the period from 22.06.2015 to 06.10.2015 and to grant the selection grade pay. 2.The petitioner has already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is receiving 2/4

pension as of now. While so, the medical leave period already would have been regularized as per the Rules and the petitioner has not challenged any such proceedings, if any issued in this regard. Thus, the relief as such sought for to direct the respondents to sanction the medical leave availed by the petitioner would not arise at this length of time and therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of.
