The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the Second Respondent from effecting the drainage connection to the property of the Third and Fourth Respondents through the land belonging to the Petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the repairs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have been carried out through common passage and not through the land of the Petitioner and the same has been completed and he has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed.
