Though affidavit of service has been filed, none appears for the respondent. The name of the respondent also has been printed in the cause list.

When this matter was called at 11.05 a.m. today, there was no representation for the respondent and so also at 12.30 p.m.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay is condoned. The writ appeal shall be numbered if it is otherwise in order.
