ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1802 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to pay interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits to the petitioner at the rate of 6% per annum, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent disbursed all the arrears amount to the petitioner by the proceeding dated 28.10.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 28.10.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
