(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/caveator filed a counter affidavit objecting this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. We have gone through the affidavit accompanying this petition assigning reasons for the delay and also the counter affidavit.
