The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

The Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
