ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Cr.No.114 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Entrustment Wing, Tambaram Commissionerate, Sozhinganallur, Chennai - 600 119 and quash the said proceedings as against the petitioner.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since charge sheet is filed before the Court seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to challenge the charge sheet. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
