This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioner as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant viz., Tmt. Nallammal, by arraying the petitioner as the appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the main Second Appeal for hearing on 30.10.2024.
