This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records in connection with the proceedings in Na.Ka.65547/Che Pe.2/2/2019/dated 29.10.2019, of second respondent and quash the same.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was originally posted at Chennai Stanley Government General Hospital and based on the representation, the petitioner was transferred from Chennai to Native District, namely, Theni on deputation basis. Subsequently, deputation was cancelled and the petitioner 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was re-transferred to Stanley Government Hospital,Chennai. Challenging the said transfer order, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Mr.A.N.Thambi Durai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions submitted that the impugned order of transfer was cancelled and the petitioner continues to work in the Government Hospital, Chinnamanur, Theni District.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
