Pursuant to order of this Court dated 28.03.2019, today, Mr.M.Fakkir Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, circulates memo dated 10.04.2019 issued by the Chief Engineer (Personnel), the 2nd respondent herein, passing orders promoting the petitioner to the post of Technical Assistant (Mechanical) provisionally.

2.At Para No.3 of the memo, the 2nd respondent has cited the model code of conduct that has been announced with effect from 10.03.2019 and states that, necessary formal allotment/appointment orders will be issued after the period stipulated therein.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
