This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.2151 of 2022 in C.A.No.134 of 2020 dated 12.09.2022 on the file of the XX Additional District Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
