The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in D.No.770/2022 dated 23.12.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.502 of 2017, this Court by an order dated 21.02.2022, directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.315 of 2013 on or before 31.12.2022. However, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur has sent communication dated 23.12.2022 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to dispose of the suit.
