This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the respondent Police every day @ 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the 3rd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26773 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
