Today when these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the first respondent police conducted enquiry, investigation completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur on 23.02.2019, as 'Not taken on file'.
