This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 18.01.2017 made in I.A.No.811 of 2016 in O.S.No.64 of 2007 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2007 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Hosur, Krishnagiri District has already been disposed on 25.09.2019, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 17.12.2021 msm Index : Yes / No
