ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents either jointly or severally for sub division Patta Transfer with reference to Survey Nos.523/4 (12 cents) and 523/5 (5 cents) which are situated at Anandapuram Revenue Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Though this writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents regarding Sub Division Patta Transfer, the said direction cannot be given by this Court. However, it is seen that the petitioner has filed an application to survey his land and so far the respondents have not considered the application made by the petitioner.

3. Therefore, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.08.2023 if the application is otherwise in order and the petitioner is otherwise eligible and conduct survey within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the adjacent land owners of the 4 2/4

boundaries of the petitioner's land, interested parties/rival claimants if any.
