Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner company on 25.10.2023 for de-sealing the premises bearing Shop Number SF-04, second floor, Phoenix Market City Mall, Velachery Chennai.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent police 1 to 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation given by the petitioner for de-sealing the premises. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that the representation is under serious consideration and the same will be disposed of after making formal enquiry with the petitioner herein.

In the said circumstances, it is sufficient to direct the petitioner herein to appear before the 3rd respondent herein and 2/4

participate in the enquiry on his representation. On his appearance, the 3rd respondent police shall take appropriate decision regarding handover the key.
