This Application is filed to extend the time for 6 months to adjudicate the disputes pending before the Arbitration Tribunal in Arbitration No.1 of 2023.

2. Mr.C.Sakthi Manikandan, learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondent submits that six months time for extension of Arbitration Tribunal would be a long period and requests a short period.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, further period of four months is extended to adjudicate the disputes pending before the Arbitration Tribunal in Arbitration No.1 of 2023 and the said exercise shall be completed on or before 30.04.2025.
