This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willfully and wantonly violating the order of this Court dated 02.08.2024 passed in WMP.No.24354 of 2024 in WP.no.22360 of 2024, thereby the respondent was directed to re-visit the suspension order dated 23.03.2024 and to place the petitioner in a non-sensitive post within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in WMP.No.24354 of 2024 in WP.no.22360 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 has been complied with by the respondent.
