ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.192 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram on 17.02.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.
