CMP No.1921 of 2024 in CMSA SR No.72030 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 558 days in representing the above CMSA SR No.72030 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 558 days is condoned subject to the condition that the appellants shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as costs, to the credit of the President, Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous second appeal and list the same for admission.
