This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.22605 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 on the file of this Court in Crime No.20 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, Inspector Polcie, Anti vize Squad II, Chindhadripet, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 22 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22605 of 2024 on 13.09.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
