O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to furnish the required documents as per the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2019 and 19.09.2019.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as a Driver in Transport Corporation. When the petitioner was in duty on 28.10.2018, he met with an accident and suspended from service. Thereafter, the suspension order was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in service. In the meanwhile, a charge memo was issued calling for his explanation. On 23.05.2019, the petitioner made a representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents requesting them to furnish certain documents. Since no action was taken, the petitioner once again made representation on 19.09.2019 to the respondents to furnish certain documents. However, no action was taken by the respondents. As against the inaction, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19.09.2019, in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 19.09.2019, if not disposed already within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
