The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the dismissal of I.A.No.8435 of 2016 to stay all the further proceedings in E.P.No.343 of 2016. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the petition filed by the petitioner to set aside the exparte decree is allowed and now the suit is posted for trial. In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
