Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.6060/B4/2003 dated 05.11.2003 of the 2nd respondent and the consequential order made in
Na.Ka.No.314/B1/2003 dated 10.11.2003 of the third respondent and quash the above orders and direct the respondents to pay the salary to the second petitioner herein as Secondary Grade Teacher from 01.09.2003 onwards with all emoluments and benefits in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.6060/B4/2003 dated 05.11.2003 of the 2nd respondent and the consequential order made in Na.Ka.No.314/B1/2003 dated 10.11.2003 of the third respondent and quash the above orders and direct the respondents to pay the salary to the second petitioner herein as Secondary Grade Teacher from 01.09.2003 onwards with all emoluments and benefits.
2. I heard Mr.M.Joseph Thatheus Jerome, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. It is reported by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioners have been continuing in their service.
