It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicants that the order dated 16.11.2023 passed by this Court in the above applications has been complied with by paying cost to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court, Chennai and he has also filed a Memo dated 27.11.2023 in this regard.

2.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the memo filed, no further order is necessary in these applications and accordingly, the same stand closed.

3.Post the main Suit for framing issues on 18.12.2023.
