The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2023 for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 294(b), 354(D) and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 r/w Section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.683 of 2023, seeks bail.
