ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2022. 3.The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite the fact that the F.I.R. registered against him has been quashed, till date the suspension order dated 31.12.2016 issued to him has not been revoked. The petitioner has given a representation on 11.05.2022 to the second respondent requesting the second respondent to revoke the suspension on the ground that the F.I.R. registered against him was quashed pursuant to the common order passed by this Court on 06.01.2022 in W.P. Nos.8143 to 8145 of 2017. Since the representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.
