This application has been filed to permit the applicants to add the following additional pleadings in the above suit. 28A. The defendants 10 to 18 have been inducted as trusties of the 1st defendant trust illegally contrary to the provisions of the trust deed dated 10.12.1980 and against the Will of the author of the 1st defendant Trust and they have no right to continue as the Trustees of the 1st defendant trust and they are liable to be removed. h. To remove the defendants 10 to 18 from office of the Trustees of the 1st defendant trust as they have been inducted as Trustees of the 1st defendant Trust illegally contrary to the provisions of the Trust Deed and also against the Will of the Author of the 1st defendant Trust that was clearly spelt out in the resolution passed by the Extrordinary General Body Meeting of the 1st plaintiff association on 23.11.1980.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

6. Post the main suit on 12.02.2024 after carrying out the necessary amendments.
