Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Tahsildar, Ponneri/3rd respondent to pass final orders in Patta enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.3664/2021/Aa1 dated 25-10-2021, as per the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act & Rules, on considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.02.2021 & 10.08.2022. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the Tahsildar, Ponneri/3rd respondent to pass final orders in Patta enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.3664/2021/Aa1 dated 25-10-2021, as per the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act & Rules, on considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.02.2021 & 10.08.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that enquiry has been conducted on the basis of the Partitioner's representation but final order is not passed till date. Therefore, seeks direction of this Court to direct the Tahsildar/3rd Respondent to pass final order within a time frame as fixed by 2/4

this court.

3. Mr. P. Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4. He submitted that third respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of three months.

4. In such view of the matter, the third respondent shall pass final orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 11.02.2021 and 10.08.2022 on merits, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
