This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13528 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023, i.e., "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station at Chenglpattu" instead of "The petitioner shall stay at Perambalur and report before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Town Police Station"

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 14.11.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.13528 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023, alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
