ORDER

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court a calculation memo by which the eligible amounts payable to the petitioner has been paid. However, the learned counsel for 1/4

the petitioner would submit that the amounts that are directed to be paid by the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.33465 of 2022 which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has not been paid.

2. Since the amount claimed by the petitioner is a disputed sum, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate petition before the appropriate Court, seeking redressal of his grievance.

3. After recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent that the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.33465 of 2022 has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
