This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT as a nonrefundable deposit to the credit of "Government District Head Quarters Hospital, Kallakurichi" and furnish the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kallakurichi as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12456 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 30.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
