This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 23399 of 2023, by an order dated 11.10.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
