This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action based on the complaint given by the petitioner's dated 26.09.2019 vide C.S.R.No.677 of 2019.
2. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 20.12.2019.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the abovesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under law.
