Petition seeking amend the offences from 506(ii) of I.P.C to 341, 294(b), 506(1) of I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act.

2. In view of the circumstances, this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry may carry out the necessary amendment incorporating the aforementioned provisions of law in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.23843 of 2023 and consequently amend the order copy and granting anticipatory bail dated 17.10.2023.

4. Issue fresh order copy to both the parties.

5. Time for extension of sureties is extended till 08.12.2023.
