Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also sent a letter dated 16.11.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the letter dated 16.11.2021, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
