ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.10.2019 in pending enquiry CSR No.539 of 2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after preliminary enquiry, FIR has been registered in Crime No.763 of 2019 under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC and hence, this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
