In that view of the matter, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed on the following terms:- (i) The conviction and sentence of the petitioner, by the judgment, dated 18.07.2018 in C.C.No.156 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I (Magisterial Level), Coimbatore, as confirmed by the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore, by the judgment, dated 15.07.2019 in C.A.No.339 of 2018 is set aside; (ii) The offence is treated as compounded;
