Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 05.11.2015 followed by reminder representation on 16.12.2015 so as to obey the directions issued by this Court W.P.No.28028 / 2015 (Order dated 07.09.2015) with regard to issuance of B.memo to the petitioner name in respect of the land measuring 7.5 acres in S.No.784/1 at No.140 Neithavoyal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallore district taking into account that the petitioner has been cultivating the said land for the pas 40 years and more and considering the fact that the petitioner is an ExServiceman, participated in Indo-Pakistan War in 1965 and Indo - Pakistan war in the Bengal-Assam, the present Bangladesh and and received Sankaram Medal in 1965 and Sainya Seva Medal in 1971 from his Excellency the President of India and Raksha Medal in 1973.

ORDER
On several occassions, i.e., on 03.11.2022 and 08.11.2022, there were no representation for the petitioner. Hence, today, this case was listed under the caption, for dismissal.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
