Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned State Counsel submitted that the order sought to be complied with has already been stayed on 13.06.2024 by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.131 of 2024. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.
