2.The writ petition is against the order directing the Insolvency Resolution Professional to take charge of the entity and make compliance of the order as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent states that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent developments. This Court finds it inappropriate to keep the matter pending. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. In case if anything survives, it is open to the petitioner to file a petition to restore the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
